WASHINGTON, June 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a rule accepting Louisiana's declaration that no existing other solid waste incineration units subject to federal emission guidelines operate within the state's jurisdiction, updating federal air quality regulations accordingly.
