She spearheads the team's efforts to advise on complex insurance issues for clients, along with pro bono efforts, for homeowners and businesses impacted by the devastating Los Angeles wildfires. As part of this effort, Finch has presented to hundreds of Angelinos impacted by the wildfires on insurance policies, including the California-sponsored insurance plan, and navigating their insurance claims.

Finch is well known for her efforts on behalf of underrepresented communities. She spearheaded Reed Smith's partnership with The Bail Project, including in a national pro bono effort focused on bail reform and combatting racial injustice and police brutality. Finch's pro bono immigration work also includes successfully petitioning the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to vacate the unlawful removal and detention orders of a legal permanent resident. She also was a volunteer at the Central District of California's Federal Pro Se Clinic. Finch is a past president of Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, where she led the group on various community program initiatives.

Passionate about serving the people of California and beyond, Ahn has a decorated track record as a former supervisory federal prosecutor in Los Angeles and Orange County, where he served as senior litigation counsel, acting chief, and deputy chief at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California. Ahn also served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Ahn is a formidable advocate in his private practice representing and defending clients in high-profile, often cross-border, white-collar matters. Ahn is one of only a handful of Korean Americans who have held high-ranking positions at the U.S. Department of Justice and who now helps lead a white-collar practice at a major global law firm, advising on issues concerning consumer protection, environmental enforcement, complex fraud, corruption and more. Ahn also helps lead the firm's Korea Business Team, a global interdisciplinary team that provides seamless regulatory, litigation and corporate services to Korean clients in all major industries.

Eklund leads Taft's Water and Natural Resources practice area. He is a strong advocate for smart water infrastructure and a recognized authority on water management in the American West. Eklund works with sovereign governments, multi-state authorities, state agencies, and private interests to deliver critical water infrastructure projects and to design policy regarding water law, natural resources, infrastructure, and environmental protection.

Mink works in Taft's Environmental Practice group, focusing on the complex legal requirements surrounding water and natural resource use.
