WASHINGTON, June 27 (TNSFR) -- The Surface Transportation Board has tentatively approved after-the-fact authority for John McLaughlin, Tim McLaughlin and Valley Bus, LLC, Fargo, North Dakota, to retain control of four affiliated interstate passenger carriers, subject to public comment and potential further review.
