WASHINGTON, June 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration preliminarily found that TYCSA, Santander, Nueva Montana, sold prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Spain in the U.S. at prices below normal value during the June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025 review period.
Commerce calculated a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of 13.57% and invited interested parties to submit comments before final results are issued.
