WASHINGTON, June 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule establishing Class E airspace at Mercy Medical Center Heliport, Canton, Ohio, to support instrument flight rule operations and instrument procedures being developed for the facility. The rule becomes effective on October 29, 2026.

The agency said the designation is intended to improve aviation safety and support aircraft operating under instrument flight rules . . .
