WASHINGTON, June 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule establishing Class E airspace at Silverhorn Ranch Airport, Freer, Texas, to support instrument flight rule operations and instrument procedures being developed for the facility. The rule takes effect on Oct. 29, 2026.
