WASHINGTON, June 11 -- The Federal Communications Commission Media Bureau has issued an order to pay or show cause (Docket No. DA 26-575) against Luis E. Giraldo, the licensee of radio station KPZX(FM) in Paducah, Texas. The federal agency initiated the proceeding to revoke the broadcast license due to a failure to pay delinquent regulatory fees, interest, administrative costs, and penalties.
