WASHINGTON, June 6 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission declined to review a ruling allowing additional patent infringement claims in a clear aligners investigation.
The decision leaves in place an initial determination by the chief administrative law judge granting in part a motion by Align Technology, Inc. to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in a Section 337 case involving imported clear aligners and related components.
