WASHINGTON, June 4 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing an application seeking approval for the indirect transfer of ownership interests associated with the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station in Tonopah, Arizona following a planned corporate merger involving Public Service Company of New Mexico, Albuquerque, and Troy ParentCo LLC, New York.
