WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued a notice proposing an incidental harassment authorization for marine mammal disturbance connected to research, monitoring, and management activities on the South Farallon Islands in California. Comments must be submitted by June 15, 2026.
