WASHINGTON, May 14 -- The Federal Communications Commission Enforcement Bureau has issued a Notice of Violation to Centro Cristiano De Vida Eterna, the licensee of FM translator station K231CN (File No.: EB-FIELDSCR-25-00039399). The action follows an inspection conducted by agents from the Dallas Office on Sept. 9-10, 2025, which uncovered multiple regulatory infractions.
