WASHINGTON, April 18 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission announced the suspension of Donna Woods from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism, commonly known as the E-Rate program. This action follows her criminal convictions involving wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the federal government.
