WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) today introduced the National Constitutional Carry Act to protect the right to carry legally purchased firearms without a permit nationwide. The House version of this bill was introduced by U.S. Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY-04).
