WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 (TNSFR) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Constellation Energy Generation LLC, Baltimore, Maryland, allowing the reduced-pressure leak rate testing of main steam isolation valves at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 2 in Scriba, New York.
