WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced the institution of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations involving fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia. These proceedings will determine if there is a reasonable indication that the domestic industry is harmed or threatened by imports allegedly sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the two nations.
