WASHINGTON, Dec. 24 (TNSFR) -- The Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, has announced its intent to repatriate a Native American cultural item determined to meet the definition of an object of cultural patrimony under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. The determination was published through the National Park Service as part of its administrative responsibilities, while responsibility for the findings and conclusions rests solely with Ball State University.
