WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 (TNSdok) -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission has approved a stipulation resolving an "Investigation into Allocation of Benefits of Distributed Generation Under Net Energy Billing" (Docket No. 2024-00149). The approval, issued on Oct. 15, 2025, follows a period of negotiations involving key industry players and public interest groups.
