WASHINGTON, Aug. 22 (TNSdok) -- The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission has denied a petition from ConnectDER, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a manufacturer of meter socket adapters, to modify a state rule to standardize the adoption of its products. ConnectDER's petition, filed in June, sought to change Washington Administrative Code 480-108-040 to create a statewide process for device model approval.
