WASHINGTON, April 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security has renewed a temporary denial order (TDO) against Aviastar-TU, a Moscow-based cargo airline, citing continued violations of U.S. export regulations. The order, effective immediately and set to remain in force for one year, prohibits the company from participating in any transactions involving U.S.-origin items without specific authorization, excluding certain safety-of-flight exceptions.
