WASHINGTON, April 4 -- The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Subcommittee on Aviation, Space and Innovation released the following testimony by Brigadier Gen. Matthew W. Braman, director of Army aviation, from a March 27, 2025, hearing entitled "NTSB Preliminary Report: DCA Midair Collision." NTSB is the National Transportation Safety Board and DCA is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
