WASHINGTON, April 4 -- The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Subcommittee on Aviation, Space and Innovation released the following testimony by Jennifer Homendy, chairwoman of the National Transportation Safety Board, from a March 27, 2025, hearing entitled "NTSB Preliminary Report: DCA Midair Collision." DCA is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
