WASHINGTON, March 21 -- The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform and Antitrust released the following testimony by Arthur Albiero, head of men's and women's swimming at the University of Louisville, from a March 11, 2025, hearing entitled "Antitrust Law and the NCAA: Examining the Current Climate."
