WASHINGTON, March 21 -- The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Administrative State, Regulatory Reform and Antitrust released the following written testimony by Caryl Smith Gilbert, director of men's and women's track and field at the University of Georgia, from a March 11, 2025, hearing entitled "Antitrust Law and the NCAA: Examining the Current Climate." NCAA is the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
