WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) regarding a request from Gray Television Licensee, LLC, to amend the Table of TV Allotments for Monroe, Louisiana. The proposal aims to revert KNOE-TV's digital television channel from channel 24 back to its current operating channel, channel 8.
