WASHINGTON - Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin announced a $110 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan to Weber Basin Water Conservancy District in northern Utah.
