WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Rep. Scott Franklin, R-Florida, issued the following statement on Feb. 6, 2025:
Congressman Scott Franklin issued the following statement regarding his vote in favor of the HALT Fentanyl Act. The measure passed the House of Representatives 312-108.
"Today, I voted for a commonsense bill to ensure law enforcement are equipped to take down traffickers and keep our communities safe by permanently classifying fentanyl related substances as Schedul . . .
