MADISON, Wisconsin, Feb. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin issued the following news release on Feb. 6, 2025:

Timothy M. O'Shea, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Yelitzia Ortiz Chaparro, 29, Madison, Wisconsin, was sentenced today by Chief U.S. District Judge James D.
