WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Rep. John Rutherford, R-Florida, issued the following news release on Feb. 4, 2025:
On Tuesday, U.S. Congressmen John H. Rutherford (R-FL-05) and Mark Takano (D-CA-39) relaunched the Congressional Deaf Caucus for the 119th Congress. Rutherford and Takano will serve as co-chairs of the bipartisan caucus dedicated to advocating for accessibility policies and bolstering the relationship between members of Congress and their Deaf and hard of hearing constituents.
