In response to demands from Donald Trump and House Republicans to condition federal disaster aid for California, Representative Dave Min (CA-47) introduced an amendment calling on Congress to oppose conditions on federal disaster aid for recovery from the LA wildfires. Such conditions are unprecedented for disaster aid. Unfortunately, House Republicans would not even allow Rep. Min's amendment . . .
