WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- Rep. Mike Haridopolos, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

The House Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics appointed Congressman Mike Haridopolos (FL-08) as Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Space and Aeronautics, the subcommittee tasked with overseeing America's space policy and programs. Congressman Haridopolos will lead efforts to expand America's leadership in space exploration, national security, and innovation.
