COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 18 -- The Ohio Pork Council issued the following news release on Jan. 17, 2025:

Lt. Gov. Jon Husted was named as successor to JD Vance's former US Senate seat today. His wife Tina (far right) stood next to him along with their family. The couple said the family will not relocate to Washington, DC, as a household, but that Husted would be back in Ohio very often.
