BROOKLYN, New York, Jan. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York issued the following news release on Jan. 17, 2025:
Earlier today, in federal court in Brooklyn, Manuel Chang, the former Finance Minister of Mozambique, was sentenced by United States District Judge Nicholas G.
