CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Jan. 16, 2025:
Charles Hatfield, 62, of Williamson, was sentenced today to five years of federal probation and ordered to pay $34,872.62 in restitution and a $20,000 fine for theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds.
