WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (TNSFR) -- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), in partnership with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, has announced its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Owyhee Irrigation District Infrastructure Modernization Project in Eastern Oregon.
