WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting public comments on an exemption application submitted by Bianco Trucking Services, LLC, operating under the name CDL and Operator Training. Bianco seeks an exemption to allow drivers aged 18 to 20 with a Wisconsin State-issued commercial learner's permit (CLP) and a "K" restriction to attend its driver training facility in Michigan.
