This morning, ATA Action urged the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) to take immediate steps to form a public-private workgroup to establish a permanent framework for the remote prescribing of controlled substances. In a letter to DEA Administrator Anne Milgram, copying Assistant Administrator for Diversion Control Tom Prevoznik, ATA Action called for input from outside stakeholders . . .
