CHICAGO, Illinois, Jan. 11 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Darktrace, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, on the proposed acquisition of Cado Security, a UK-based cyber investigation and response solution provider for the hybrid and multi-cloud world.
The acquisition is subject to receipt of regulatory approval and is expected to complete in February.
