EVANSTON, Illinois, Jan. 9 -- Northwestern University issued the following news release:
The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Friday, Jan. 10 during TikTok's appeal to stop the enforcement of a federal law that requires the social media titan to shut down in the U.S. this month.
Signed into law in April 2024, the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (PAFACA) identified China, which owns TikTok's parent company . . .
