Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) joined U.S. Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) in reintroducing the Sunshine Protection Act, or S.29, to officially "lock the clock" to end the twice-yearly time change and make Daylight Saving Time (DST) the national year-round standard.
