BALTIMORE, Maryland, Jan. 9 -- The University of Baltimore issued the following news release on Jan. 8, 2025:
Roger E. Hartley, dean of The University of Baltimore's College of Public Affairs, has been elected president-elect of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). Dean Hartley will serve a two-year term as president-elect beginning in April 2025, and will assume the two-year term as ASPA president in 2027.
