Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), joined U.S. Senators Katie Britt (R-AL), Ted Budd (R-NC), and the entire Senate GOP conference in announcing the introduction of the Laken Riley Act. The Laken Riley Act would require U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to arrest illegal aliens who commit theft, burglary, larceny, or shoplifting offenses and would mandate that these alien . . .
