WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 (TNSFR) -- The 2024 amendments to the Ho Chunk Nation and the State of Wisconsin Gaming Compact, governing class III gaming activities, have been approved by operation of law.
These amendments, which take effect on January 8, 2025, introduce several key changes to the compact. Notably, the amendments authorize event wagering and geofenced remote wagering as part of class III gaming.
