Kirkland & Ellis is advising Apax Partners on the financing for its acquisition of the professional services business of Evelyn Partners, a wealth management and accountancy firm.
Upon completion, the professional services business will be rebranded as S&W. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
