WASHINGTON, Dec. 27 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published its latest weekly receipt of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) filed between December 16 and December 20, 2024. As required by Section 309(a) of the Clean Air Act, the EPA makes public its comments on EISs issued by other federal agencies. These comments, which provide valuable feedback on potential environmental impacts, are available on the EPA's website.
