WASHINGTON, Dec. 24 -- America's Credit Unions issued the following news on Dec. 23, 2024:

Credit unions did not receive injunctive relief in an opinion and order issued Friday by the Illinois federal court hearing the challenge against the Illinois Interchange Fee Prohibition Act (IFPA).
