FRANKFURT and MUNICH: Morgan Lewis represented KME SE through the Federal Cartel Office clearance of its share purchase agreement of 100% of the shares of Blackhawk Holding GmbH, a German managing holding company owning 100% of Sundwiger Messingwerk GmbH.
