WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
PHILADELPHIA - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a $12 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan to New Castle County, Delaware that will benefit more than half of the state's population.
