WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia issued the following news release:
A Louisiana man was sentenced to prison on December 12, 2024, after he previously pleaded guilty to felony obstruction of law enforcement during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol building. His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidentia . . .
