WASHINGTON, Nov. 21 -- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued the following news:
Oregon State University professor David Mellinger and Doug Batson from the Oregon Coast Aquarium prepare the Seagliders for deployment off the coast of Oregon in mid-September.
