WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Nov. 13, 2024:
On Wednesday, EPA joined the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus for an event at the LRS Exchange Materials Recovery Facility to announce a $2 million grant to support the Chicago Metro Recycling Education and Outreach campaign, which aims to increase the collection of recyclable materials and decrease contamination of the recycling stream in hundreds of communities in northeastern . . .
